Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we face a high order volume, processing may take an extra day. We’ll notify you only if the delay is significant.

Shipping Time

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer due to courier constraints.

Shipping Partners

We ship using trusted courier services such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and others depending on service availability in your area.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges apply (visible at checkout).

  • COD Orders: Additional COD fees may apply.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier’s system; delays in updates do not mean the order is stuck.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, the package may be returned to us or delayed.
Re-shipping will incur extra charges.

Delay Disclaimer

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather issues

  • Courier delays

  • Festivals or high-volume seasons

  • Operational issues outside our control

We don’t promise unrealistic delivery timelines — you’ll get the order as soon as the courier can deliver it.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If the courier marks the order as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the courier first.

  • We will help, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

  • If your product arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours with clear photos/video.
